The Fundamentals Course in Applied Generative AI is a practical 60-hour program designed to build a strong foundation in generative AI and its real-world applications. The course introduces learners to AI foundations, advanced prompting, context design, research, data analysis, and business-focused use cases.
Learners gain hands-on experience in AI-powered research, spreadsheet-based analysis, marketing and sales, HR, finance, operations, and multimodal generative AI. The program also introduces workflow design and AI agents, helping learners understand how AI can support and improve everyday business processes.
The course includes practical exposure to Generative AI tools, Microsoft Excel, Power Query, Power BI, Google Forms, and Tally. Learners also explore responsible AI and governance, including DPDP Act basics, to understand safe and responsible AI implementation.
By the end of the course, learners will be able to design and apply AI-assisted processes across business functions. A capstone project gives them the opportunity to create a practical AI-assisted process supported by a costed benefit case.
